Taste Workshop - Peter Cook's Brunch. Sun 15 Sept 11.30 am
Peter Cook is an award-winning baker who loves to experiment. His breads mature over two or three days resulting in a real depth of flavour which won him a top prize in the World Bread Awards.
In this workshop you will start with mouth watering topped sourdough tasters followed by several innovative baked creations, fresh out of Peter’s ovens. One of these will contain a Slow Food Ark product from Mexico, coined the ‘Mexican Corn Truffle’, a sensuous taste adventure for anyone! These delicious treats will be accompanied by ethically-sourced coffee from Method Coffee Roasters of Worcester.
