The Slow Food 2025 Feast promises to be another unmissable experience for all food lovers.

Slow Food Chef of the year, Steve ‘The Hungry Guy’ will combine seasonal ingredients from amazing local Slow Food producers and champions and fresh surplus items from the Shrewsbury Food Hub for what promises to be a beautifully curated six course menu with seasonality, flavour and food mindfulness at its forefront.

The feast will take place inside the Beacon Rooms of the historic Ludlow Castle. We are also excited to welcome Shane Holland, Slow Food UK Chair who will be joining us and will be introducing this delicious evening. This event will be a celebration of great local produce and ethos, opening discussion and offering diners a chance to eat, share and enjoy. 

Slow Food members will receive a welcome drink and a bar choice will also be available on the night for all.

Price: £35 (15% goes to Surplus Food Charities)

For this event, entry will be via the side door (to the right of the main Castle entrance), you do not need a ticket for the Food Festival for entry.
