So when Mark approached us at one of our meetings and offered to go and visit and interview some of our local business supporter members and write them up, it was an offer we couldnt refuse. Now he has resettled back to Shropshire he was keen to get a feel for the local food landscape, what better way to do this. 

Marks favourit food is French regional, Italian, and Japanese and wines would be anything with bubbles, Italian and Right Bank wines from Bordeaux. He also loves a cup of tea.
