Another in our series of Slow Food events at Petit Glou: Chef Stuart Collins of Docket No. 33 restaurant will be showcasing local producers with the Slow Food ethos. Having been recognised by the Michelin Guide and awarded a Plate in the 2021 Guide, Docket No. 33 focusses on local and seasonal produce. Coming to Petit Glou from his Whitchurch restaurant, Stuart will be sharing his passion and experience of setting up award-winning restaurants.
