He is not only a member of the Slow Food Chef Alliance, but his restaurant has also won the U.K. Best Restaurant Award in the 2019 Slow Food Awards. As a previous delegate to Terra Madre, the world gathering of chefs and producers held in Turin every two years, there is no one better able to  create a unique tasting menu for us, including a range of Ark of Taste products, prepared to the highest standards.
